Travel Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS :

1) No downpayment, no slot. Reservation fee is non-refundable but transferable or can be use on other tour within six months from the original travel date.

2) Balance must be settle 10 business days before the travel date (applicable for Exclusive Tour only)

3) Itinerary may change at the time of tour depends on circumstances such as van availability, accommodation or as per tour organizer/guide decision. Prices may change without prior notice or can be arrange on certain cases.

4) TOURifier is not liable for any loss of your belongings or in case of incidents & accidents during tour except you avail travel insurance from us.

5) We will keep guest details in our database and NEVER share it to any third parties not unless with guests consent.

6) Any special requests such as side trip or anything not specified in itinerary shall be subject for approval by tour organizer/guide or driver. We have the right to change the itinerary in case of bad weather condition and unforeseen events by come up with alternate plan.

7) Bring minimum baggage to avoid inconvenience. Maximum of 1 backpack and 1 hand bag per guest only cause this is not a 1 month tour 🙂

8) Print or screenshot your updated invoice and present to us along with valid ID as proof of identification.

9) You must be physically fit to travel and no dangerous medical conditions such as pregnant, hypertension, heart problems, etc. Present document from your doctor or signed waiver cause TOURifier is not liable on whatever happen to you in the tour. Keep in mind that any cancellation while the tour is in progress is not subject for refund.

10) Always bring bottled water, first aid and medicine for minor health issues such as pain reliever, dizziness, nausea, etc.

11) Make sure to email the proof of transaction after you made the payment for us to update your invoice. Send SMS to 0998 1600022 to request our email address.

12) In case of dispute arise while tour in progress, the guest will only subject for refund with certain amount after the required deduction but keep in mind that the reservation fee can’t be include in the computation cause it’s non-refundable. This term is only applicable if it’s our fault.

13) We are not liable on anything that out of our control such as late van arrival, delay due to long queue, bad weather condition, bad network signal and other unforeseen events.

14) Children Policy : 3 years old below is FREE; 4-6 years old is 50% OFF; 7 years old and up will pay regular rate.

15) Respect our tour partners as they only follow whatever the instructions from TOURifier. Your satisfaction is our utmost concern, so in case you have other requests or needs, make sure to inform us and we will grant it as long as possible/available.

16) We only process refund supported with valid reason or if it’s our fault. All refund request must be send via our official email address (send SMS to 0998 1600022 to ask for email address) along with bank details. Take note that refund process will take at least 30 business days cause we will also file dispute in our end.

“ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO UNFORESEEN ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
IN CASE OF HUMAN OR COMPUTER ERROR, WE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RE-INVOICE FOR THE CORRECT PRICE. FINAL ITINERARY WILL BE SEND ONLY TO CLIENT WHO PAID DOWNPAYMENT. MEETING PLACE AND OTHER DETAILS SUCH AS DRIVER AND TOUR COORDINATOR CONTACT INFO WILL BE SEND 2 DAYS BEFORE THE TRAVEL DATE.”

SHARED TOUR POLICY :

1) We have the right to cancel or reschedule the tour if the minimum number of joiners are not met.

2) We will remove joiner/s that cause problem or any inconvenience with other joiners and the tour in general without refund.

3) We strictly maintain friendly atmosphere in all of our tours and have the right to decline guest if he/she compromise or being rude to others most specially to any TOURIfier staffs. Once decline, the paid reservation fee cannot be refund anymore. Refund policy is only applicable if TOURifier cancel the tour or due to weather conditions.

4) Joined Tours are only available on weekends and holidays, any weekdays schedule or not holidays will be automatically Exclusive / Private Tour

5) Your slot will be forfeit if you fail to come on time. Maximum of 30 minutes grace period only.

6) No downpayment, no slot. Balance will be collect on travel date.

7) You must be considerate and share room with other joiners. Private room is available with additional fee but still subject for availability.

8) Seating arrangement in the van is “FIRST PAY, FIRST SERVED BASIS” and we don’t allow any guests to request certain seat number except person with medical condition (must present document as proof).

Tourifier Travel & Tours acts solely as travel agency for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with the tours offered. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of our respective suppliers.

Tourifier Travel & Tours and their respective employees, agents, representatives and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, force majeure, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, local laws or other such causes.

All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Tourifier Travel & Tours is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
